Folex vs. 2006 Honda Accord

I shampooed my wifes car for the first time in 85k! I lifted the floor mats and was VERY! surprised at what I found.



I had just picked up some Folex over the weekend and this was going to be the ultimate test.



I cleaned everything else with Woolite @ 15:1, maybe a bit stronger....15:1.5?

here is the real problem area. Passengers side front. She says its cranberry juice, and its ONLY been there a year!

First go at it. I soaked, agitated after 60 seconds, wiped clean with Vroom MF and vacced it up.

Have you tried Meguiars APC or steam? Other than those spots, the interior seems very clean..

Havent tried an APC yet. That was my next step. I dont have steam, or an extractor. Just a 6HP shopvac.

Folex, or megs APC?

Try Megs APC, I have never tried Folex, but the APC stuff is safe(diluted 10:1), I use it on everything, almost. Spray some on the stain, use a soft brush and clean water and use your vac to suck it up.

You honestly will probably not be able to get that cranberry stain completely out. I've encountered them before and my only option was to dye the carpet.
