Fogger VS. Ozone machine

Could the professionals throw thier opinions in on this. I am not looking for a chemical to kill odors, etc..... I am looking for the difference between a fogger and a ozone machine.



I have heard different things. At one placeI have a guy telling me to get the fogger because the ozone machine doesn't do the job permenently. Then I have other places telling me the fogger just masks the smell.



Which is correct? Which way should I go with this?
 
I've never used a fogger but I have an ozone machine made by Csonka Air Purifiers that I leave in my car and it seems to do a very good job of eliminating odors. I had some gas spill in the trunk and stink up the entire car and this thing got rid of the smell pretty quickly. It's around $180 but a very good product.
