FMJ then OS, or OS then carnuba?

I'm going to try out my new Optiseal today. It's been a while since I've used an LSP other than AW after washings, so I was thinking about throwing on some FMJ before the Optiseal.

However, I got to thinking about it and it seems sort of redundant. Perhaps I'd be better off just washing, going with the OS, and then throwing on some of my favorite wax? Your thoughts?

With FMJ's poor durability I would go with OS (still no documented durability but here-say states it pretty good) first and than FMJ. If OS is durable as claimed, you can always re-top with FMJ every few weeks. The reverse (FMJ then OS) would only have the durability of the FMJ.

A structure is only as strong as its foundation. :bigups

You may find that the OS and a good QD will give you the look you are after. :nixweiss

I ended up going w/ the FMJ followed by optiseal on my black mercedes E55. That thing is just dripping. I lent my sister my good camera so I have no good pics but I can recommend that combo!! Here are a few with an older camera...
