FMJ After A Winter

Here is a pix of my sisters Mirano after a bit of a harsh winter and a few not so autopian washes. It had FMJ x 2 on it and I washed it this AM at the local car wash using my own stuff .. it was 18F out..

The water sheets well off the roof/sides and the hood retains the gloss but I don't know if much is there. It was done around mid Oct.

How was the beading?

Not much for beading .. but it did sheet .. and pull most the water off the sides ... I don't think there was much left on the horizontal surfaces.

IMO, anything will sheet when you are washing it. It's just the nature of water.

Yes but its how the water removes itself from that panel that is the difference. It sheeted and pretty well left the panel dry. If there is no wax/sealant it will sheet and the panel will remain wet.

Ive been testing FMJ durability and Im still not finished. If I were to make a prediction I would say bead wise it will probobly go 3 months. (Im at the 2 month mark as we speak) Ill be putting Z2 Pro to the test soon and will match it up against FMJ. We will see who can hold a bead the longest.
