FLEX PE 14-2 VS The FLEX L3403 VRG

Has anyone on here tried both of these out? Besides the fact that one is quieter and has cooling abilities, and has lower speeds than the flex L3403, is there really that much more of a difference? One is about a hundred dollars more, but really isn't phazing me as far as performance is concerned:inspector:
 
Yeah, I think it's a little crazy they charge almost 150 more when it's basicly the same thing. I've used grinders before and even the 30 dollar ones from wal-mart will last a while. The 3403 is probably where I'm going to land
 
I've used both, and although there is a pretty good difference in price, the PE14 is in a league of its own. If you're just going to be polishing as a hobby and want a great machine, the 3403 is an excellent choice but if you plan on doing this for a living, the PE14 is worth the added investment.

It's like comparing a Mercedes Benz and a Rolls Royce. They're both excellent tools, and you can't go wrong with either one. But if you want the absolute best, then go with the PE14. I can assure you that you will not regret it. :rockon
