After my polish today I used some FK 303 with a white lake country pad and had unsure results. It seemed like it just spread forever. I thought I was using too much product, so I lessened it on the next panels and was running the PC at about 3 to 4.
Is there a trick to using glaze? It doesnt seem to break down like polishes. I ended up sprtizing some 425 to help buff off the excess. At the time the finish seemed to have no benefits of the 303.
So I followed up with mothers reflections topped with FK Pink Wax and rolled her out of the garage for a look over in the sun and this is when noticed it....
THe side with the 303 did looks very rich and deep. THe other side of the car looks great, but just seems to be lacking the wow of the other by just a bit.
Did I use the 303 right? My results say yes, but it seemed like I was doing something wrong. My car is a 02 black jetta and is (now) 75% swirl free.
