FK, diff sample than requested?

I've ordered with FK before and have always had very positive experiences. I wouldn't say this order experience was unpleasant, just not up to par w/ what I had come to expect from them. Previously, my FK orders had always shipped out the next day after my order. This order was ordered on thursday evening, and did not ship out until tuesday. Odd. Also, I requested a sample of 218 as bence said it had a warming quality compared to 2180. I recieved my order today and instead had a sample of pink, which I already have. Oh well. Nothing that will prevent me from ordering with them again, just seems to me that they may be having a little bit of a tough time with their increased popularity over the past few months.
 
guess I will give them a call. I just kind of feel like a *******, "hey, you sent me the wrong free product."
 
Me personally (and don’t take this the wrong way), I think it’s trivial. There are plenty of people here willing to trade FK samples.
