This is your first car you detailed or you're first saab? You have a good start on the paint. Just keep at it and you'll develop a good process down. A little tip since you mentioned it kind of... You need to actually clean the leather rather than just shine it. Same with the rubber mouldings. You can see the dirt still under the shine. Leather should be taken at least in 2 steps.. A ph balanced leather cleaner to thuroughly clean the leather than a condtioner/proctant to give it some protection again. There are alot of very good products out there that do a great job. Some pricey but alot not really that bad. Right now I'm trying out the Surf City Vodoo line and really liking that.

First Saab, haha what do you use cleaning moldings? I used zymoles leather cleaner and conditioner, I cant really tell its been applied :( , I might try some of that surf city vodoo line when I used my products I have now, haha Ive been buying left and right and im flat broke now haha, I made a rookie mistake and bought some chemical I never used before wanting to test it out and the smallest bottle they had was 32oz which was around $35 :grrr, but you learn from your mistakes. Thanks again!

Don't use armor all, the petroleum distillates make all of the surfaces permanently greasy, may yellow with age, and dry out/damage the interior plastics and rubber.

For your first car, it's very clean. Although I would like some photos with high intensity lighting, such as some type of LED, directly reflecting off the paint. The photos don't show the paintwork details. I must also agree with a previous user's comment about the bumper moldings, the dressing is uneven and seems to be dirty beneath.

I do hope you know that the "cleaner" was is not a carnauba LSP, it's only one step in a 3 step system. You've still got to use an LSP on that finish, otherwise it's not protected to any sort of comparable degree.

Honestly dustin the paint looks really good from the pics. I think some close ups and some lighting pics would be more useful if you're really looking for some critique from us. The fuzzy carpet pics look pretty clean, Door jambs look good for what little we can see of them. The leather looks dull and lifeless. Could be a product issue or a prep issue or the leather itself is just flawed in that manner. Basically if you want us to comment on a detail show us the details LOL... Close ups of paint work, Vents and jambs, good carpet pics. Remember a coin op can make a car look good from 10 feet away but a detailer can make it look great from 10" away... And a true master can make it look awesome from 10cm away ;) you get the point. right now you're showing us everything at 10 feet ;)

Okay I get you drift, Ill take some better photos on the next black car I get to do and Ive been reading some forums about leather, and I think when I condition the leather I don't let it "set" on the leather and get soaked in the leather, I also apply it in a very cool shop and its not hot enough for the pores of the leather to open and allow the conditioner to settle in the cracks and pores, I was reading about Woolite, where can you buy some of this and about how much does it run?

Here is a picture of the finish pretty close
