First PC job

So Saturday I put a hurting on myself and worked on 2 cars; my dad's silver 95 SHO and my black 04 WRX. Only washed the WRX, it hasn't had anything else since a full Klasse treatment in November. It looks good from afar, but far from good. Lots of swirls that I plan to work on tomorrow. Used my new PC for the first time with CMA 7.5" yellow, white and black pads. The trunk and roof of the Taurus got Menzerna IP and FP followed by the klasse twins, while the rest of the car just got Klasse'd. Here are a few shots I took. Hope there aren't too many, I always take a lot. ;)

The reason I ran out of steam when polishing the old girl...

The best comparo shots I could get of the work before and after polishing some rings from a ski rack used on the SHO.

Thanks guys. Can't wait to work on the swirls in the WRX. It was hard to see the improvement on the silver. It really cleaned up those rings, but they were cut pretty deep so they still show. The WRX just has a lot of fine swirls and lines from poor winter washing technique on my part and the snow brush. Better throw that thing out before I'm tempted to use it next winter.

It's in the first post, but I used Menzerna Intensive Polish and Final Polish on the trunk and roof of the Taurus. The rest just got Klasse All in one and Sealant Glaze. The WRX is just washed, nothing else. The Klasse twins really last. I put 3 coats of SG on the WRX back in November and that's the last I did to it. Still looks great from a distance when clean. :)

Congrats! You did a great job on the silver. The roof before and after shots show and huge improvement in reflection. Great work, and I'm sure you'll do a good job on the WRX as well.:xyxthumbs
