Went about 1 month without any sort of cleaning to the car.
The two pics below are right before I began to wash the car.
I spread the detailig process over 3 days going about 3-4 hours a day.
Before shot of hood:
Before shot of front of car:
Post Detail - obligatory hood shot:
Post Detail - You can see the reflection of my neighbors RAV 4 as well as the crappy Mitsu Orange Peel Paint.
Post Detail - Full frontal shot with more reflections.
I washed the car with Turtle Wax Soap.
I then dried the car and used Mothers Clay bar with Detail Spray. Washed the car again.
After that, I let the car sit over-night in the garage. The next day I applied DACP with a PC7424 and Lake Country Yellow Pad with speeds varying from 3-5. I then applied Klasse AIO with a gray Lake Country pad with the PC at speed 3.
Let the car sit for another night and then applied Poorboy's EX Sealant via PC with White Lake Country Pad at 3, which I let haze for over an hour. Lastly, applying S100 Wax with the Lake Country Finishing Pad with PC at 3. All of the products were buffed out with a microfiber towel. AIO was also used on all the windows and head/tailights of the car.
Let me know what you folks think as well as any tips and suggestions to possibly speed up the process. Thanks for all the knowledge, car looks great and I was very happy with the outcome, can't wait to do the rest of the cars in the driveway.
