Firefox browser ?

I love silicone !!
I just read a thread about most people saying good things about firefox browser and not getting alot of pop-ups . So I downloaded it and when launching it says that it can't find start.mozilla.org.

I downloaded it twice and same thing . anything I can do to correct this anyone?

The browser looks good and imports favs and cookies from IE . Is this a glich in the download or something in my computer?
 
Tools -> Options -> Under location "http://start.mozilla.org/firefox?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official"
