Which finishing pad do you guys like and why(i really want to find a 3m finishing pad locally), im gonna try something other than sfx...106ff is my ender.

I like the Meg's finisher better then the black LC pads and the green "german" polishing pads. Never tried the EDGE stuff.

Not to threadjack, but what pads do you all find gives the best results w/106ff? I usually use white but I've heard blue is good too.



To answer your question, though, I like LC white pad (not CCS) because it is more aggressive than blue and gray and I have a pretty hard clear. I have never tried blue or gray though.

I have a 3m waffle black pad and didn't really care for it. I prefer the LC CCS pads.

Try 3M UltrafinaSE on their blue pad - outstanding results!

I dont think the green german polishing pads are for finishing.. they are quite aggressive if used with the right product. i emailed CMA about it and they say its more aggressive than the lc white pads... actually, they said that the white pads have no cut at all.

Well you can't say that the white pads have "NO" cut. It depends what product you use them with. If you use a white pad with Power Gloss you will cut. Maybe they mean "relatively" no cut.
