Wondering how long does it usually take to get product? Ordered there little sampler kit to try some different products going on just about two week now and haven't received anything.

Yeah I place an order almost a week ago and nothing yet.
 
That's weird. I ordered fk 425 last year on a monday and it showed up thursday that same week... I'm in california.
 
Just got an email like a minute ago that my order has shipped.



Who knows maybe with the 4th of July they took a long vacation.
 
I ordered a gal. of 425 and it showed around 10 bus day later.

I also them to send me a sample of pink wax and 1000 and they didn't send it, I was disspointed
 
I am in PA. I get my FK orders in about one full business week. Yesterday I received my first order of the FK QD. Looking forward to seeing how it compares to my current front runners, Ultima and Adam's.

When you check out there is a drop down window where you select which samples you would like to receive. Its a limited list though and since neither pink wax or 1000P are in it you won't get one. I wish we could get samples of any of their products but oh well.
 
I placed an order on 7/7. I emailed them yesterday and they replied that one of the products I ordered was on back-order but should be in 7/17 and they would email me the tracking # when they got it out.

Don't need to get a sample of pink wax just buy it outright Probley one of the best waxes on the market with a very low price

I emailed them on the 16th as well and they still had not shipped my order but said they would be soon and send me a tracking number as well. They should however change there receipt e-mail as It says it'll be shipped in 3 business days. LOL

Yeah I got a tine of PW, 1000p and some 425.

Well just to update I waited until today to reply to the ladies e-mail because I have still not gotten tracking info e-mailed to me. Basically I asked them what in the hell is going on and that I wasn't really happy about the lack of communication with them. So I get a call from the sales department and the guy leaves me a voice mail saying that the order was delayed for reason not in there control blah blah blah and stated it would ship today and I would receive an e-mail with tracking info. That was three hours ago and still no e-mail. I would assume based on our experiences myself, Cooter and the OP probably ordered some of the same items.
