Finger smudges after Detail

My car currently has 3M SMR, PPCL, BF2 x 3, and one coat of Souveran. After drying the finish looks great but latter that day I noticed that if I slightly rubbed my finger on the surface it would leave a 'smudge' mark - which I could quickly fix w/FI. A week later the same occurs.



Is this the Souveran or BF2 not bonded maybe.

Hmmmm.....BF II really needs time to set up...You may be seeign Carnauaba floating on the top if you didnt allow BF to set/evaporate.....Make sure you let it set up, even between coats....
