Finally got some Pinnacle Souveran, thanks to autopia's xtreme detail contest!:up

All I have to say is it does live up it's hype as far as appearance. It is incredible on black....my go to wax on black has always been Clearkote Carnauba Moose and IMO surpasses it...Souveran darkens like CMW but is more reflective.

I know it's been said before but it's well worth the $$$

Here are some shot:

Holy Moly!!! Very nice pics. Your Menzerna tutorial was of great help to me and also shows your meticulous detail to prepwork...Souveran made your already beautiful ride even better. Great Job!

On a side note, CMA is having an "artistic/breath-taking/most reflective picture" contest. I think you should enter --> I really like the 3rd pic of the tree and clouds.

Everytime I see your Yukon it looks awesome :xyxthumbs

That first shot is classic with a nice background.

As Balkie would say, "Get out of this city."

Boy, am I glad you live in Ca. I would have to park my truck if i pulled along side your BLK YUKON. Wonderful shine.!

As far as pictures go, the one that made me stutter was the depth that came out of the clouds in the picture that had the SLT badge. We watched a lot of oldie's but goodies yesterday for Easter. that picture captured, what i consider to be heavenly. it is all in the eye of the beholder. and I am beholden!

Between you and Scottwax, I don't know whose setting the bar higher for perfect black paint

Absolutely stunning. You should bring it down to GMC to show em what it's all about :).

Love the tree refection! My problem with Souveran is I now do not want to use anything else. I don't even want to use a sealant underneath. Last weekend I detailed my black BMW and used Poorboy's EX followed the next day by Souveran. It looks very nice, but was better with Souveran directly over AIO.

Great results- paint looks really good. I used Souveran for the first time at the weekend. Have only used it over Wolfgang so far but am really happy with it.

Thanks Everyone, I really appreciate it. I'm pretty amazed on how much depth and wetness is in the paint. I really noticed it one day when I was parked next to a 03 or 04 black Sierra Denali and my Yukon made it like it was oxidized and flat (which it wasn't) because of the difference of depth and wetness between the two trucks

The thing that makes me laugh all the time is to watch people that are stopped next to me checking themselves out in the door reflection :lol

I like the billet GMC emblem too.

Thanks, I'm thinking of getting rid of the ambers so it's all black and chrome

Looks great "ScottWax", I mean blkyukon

:lol That's funny...thanks

Thanks, I'm glad it helped, I love Menzerna on black..it leave the best finish of anything I've used.

Thanks for the info

The projectors are a nice touch. It's screaming for some tint on those front windows

Yeah I know, I'm probably going to get it done later on this year.

They are always floored at the dealership when I bring it in for service, especially when they find out it's an 02...I love when I bring it in and park it next to a brand new Yukon and mine looks 10x better.

I know exactly what you mean, the pictures are 2 coats of Souveran on top of 2 month old CMW...so it's basically Souveran by itself

Thanks again everyone!

I like the AIO+Souveran combo. It works quite well.

 Almost looks like the paint is about to slide off your truck!

I have to agree, as good as CMW is, Souveran takes it up a notch on black. I'm waiting for the pollen to stop covering my car in a layer of green before adding a couple coats of Souveran to my car.

Thanks and I know what you mean...I've always been extremely happy with finish CMW leaves, but Souveran gives it that little extra "depth and wetness" that makes you go WOW:shocked
