Ok guys, now that the warmer weather is here...it is finally detailing season! I figured i would start off the season with a good light polishing
My ride was in great shape to start with, winters around my parts are not snowy at all, maybe one time all winter...
1. I started off with a wash with Chemical Guys Citrus Wash n Gloss. 4 ounces for 2 gallons of water for a paint cleansing ratio.
2. The tires got Meg's APC+ cut 4:1 and a stiff brush.
3. Wheels got Amazing Roll Off and Chemical Guys Blue Citrus Wheal and Rim Cleaner.
4. Wheel Wells got Hyperdressing cut 4:1
5. Glass received D-Line GC concentrate 10:1.
6. All trim was protected with 303 Aerospace Protectant.
After the wash...
Chemical Guys gray light duty clay and Last Touch Detailer cut 1:1. Polishing was then done on the Flex 3401 with a white polishing Lake Country 6.5" pad and Menzerna 106ff. I absolutely love this polish!
I then proceeded to my sealant of choice: CG JetSeal 109
I topped that off with Chemical Guys 50/50 Concourse
Tires dressed with CG Xtreme Shine and wheels sealed with NXT 2.0
All feedback is welcome!
