Wasn't really sure where to put this, but I wanted to share.

I've always wanted a picture of my car on a puddle of water, but never had a good opportunity to do so...until last night. I drove over to a parking deck to play with the camera and it had plenty of standing water

this is the exact kind of picture ive always been dreaming of

i want my setting to be cloudy and overcast, because my car is silver, and i think what flow nicely with the colors

with a pool of water to reflect my car perfectly.

great job =D

I like the picture, I just don't like the overuse of tonal mapping. It makes the photo look more grainy with a little fringing.

But good photo nonetheless.

Yeah, it's an HDR pic. I think some of the graininess is resulting from a low ISO setting. I forgot to change it and so the picture was shot around 7:30-8:00 at night and the ISO was at 100...oops :doh

An ISO of 100 wouldn't increase graininess would it?

Incredible shot! :up

No, it would reduce it...

Oh, I thought for nighttime shots you wanted a higher ISO, and daytime shots a lower ISO. I'm still new to this though, so I could very easily be wrong.

You are correct. But even at night, once the ISO gets too high, you're going to get a grainy pic.

Looks great as is!!! Nice work, man.
