Finally did a full detail on my own car!

So after having this Z for some time now, I finally did a full-on detail as opposed to doing science experiments.

Waterless Wash with UWW+
Slayed some water spots with CarPro Spotless and Megs 205 by hand, in some cases making a slurry with the Spotless and 205.
Griots clay using 3D Final Touch 403 as lube (highly recommended for this purpose, and it`s cheap)
Polished with LC Orange pads with HD Adapt. Chased a few RIDS with several other products
Polished with LC CCS Green pads and Menzerna 3800 (old 4500)
CarPro Eraser as a panel wipe while polishing
Tires and fender wells dressed with PB Bold & Brite
LSP base was WGDGPS - two coats about 12 hours apart, followed by DoDo Blue Velvet Pro, and then my Christmas gift from the GF.. Polish Angel Presto!

Wow! Very, very nice! With a car that nice, I`d drive and drive and drive. Used to own a g35 before I really got into detailing, I kept it really clean, but never `detailed`...
one of few regrets in my life... but I make up for it now!

Love the shots!

Great work, and that car is just sexy. I still love the 370Z, the Nizmo version was almost my last sports car buy but those sucks are not cheap and Nisan doesnt budge on them.

Amazing results..!!! I think this is the first post where someone has used the green pads.
Looks like they work great.

You`ve been holding out on us! Nice car. I`ve owned three 370 Zs, two red and one black. I just sold my red one about six months ago and I miss it.

Thanks for all the kind words guys!!!

I like the 370 too, it handles amazingly well, and of course manual transmission + rear wheel drive = Fun.
