Happy Cinco de Mayo folks. I've been celebrating this great holiday since college. Heck, I even had a stats final at 9:00 am on May 6th at Tulane and still went out ot celebrate (and celebrate I did). I think I aced that puppy too.

Tonight's menu included beef fajitas, margaritas and Dos Equis Amber. Fiesta!

The celebration is just about to begin here. The bottle of jose' is down and its about to start a crazy weekend. Finals are next week then people will start pulling out- so this is the last big Hurah
