Just found out about this fairly new Product from CARE Distributors, one of my suppliers and purchased a 500ml bottle from another supplier as He's the SA distributor and tryed it out on my car's hood which has some minor scratches from a darn cat's claws and some marks that were done when a certain paint and panel shop resprayed it with crappy Wattyl spartan paint.
The hood itself is pretty great besides those few spots.
After washing and doing my usual 3M GE over the whole car after drying, I gave the black top a go
It's real easy to apply and can be applied with a terry or cheesecloth instead of foam applicator and was a breeze to remove. The marks were really well hidden, the lustre is superb and smoothness of the paint was slightly improved, my car's paint is like silk anyway but the hood was smoother than the rest of the car
I have a 1L container of 3M IHG and I love that stuff too but I reckon the farecla is a better product. IHG can be a pain to remove if not done quick enough.
the 500ml bottle was $20.30 compared to $31 for the 1 litre 3M so slightly deerer but worth it and I use less of the farecla too.
