Faded dash and interior panels.

Are there any OTC products that I can get that will bring back a little life to my inderior dash and door panels? I've got Mother's Back to Black, but was scared to use it on the interior on account of it leaving the dash shiny and oily looking. Any help/info would be appreciated.

First I would clean with a mix of Water/Woolite 6:1, then dress with something like Optimum's Protectant Plus.

How do you recommend to actually do the cleaning process? A brush? Or just a MF?

Thanks!

Is there anything that happens to 12 year old vinyl? I have a feeling my car has never even been cleaned in the 12 years before I just bought it :-s ... are there different cleaners used for old, uncared for vinyl versus something newer?

Can anybody recommend something?

I'm currently using Meguiar's NXT interior protectant and like it. The only other product I've tried is 303 Aerospace, but I didn't like it due to the fact that it didn't shine at all. My vinyl and rubber components looked just as dull as it was before. Mind you, I've only tried it on a brand new car, so I really can't say if 303 is truly a bust for me. NXT on the other hand is very noticeable. :)

I've had nice results on a 23 year old interior with Megs #40; brought back the color and life. I've discovered that then topping with Megs Hyperdressing produces a nice, even glow which seems to resist dust.
