Man I don't understand shipping sometimes. Some people say Fedex is unreliable, some say UPS just sucks, and priority really hasn't been that bad. YOu gotta look around and see what locally good I guess.
Sorry to hear, want me to swing by to apply it for ya? :lol My Adams stuff should be here tomorrow or Friday!
Keep in mind that you cannot use your local pickup or delivery guy as an accurate indicator of a companies performance.
I will admit that any company is only as good as their weakest link but I think it is a fair assumption to say that both Fedex and UPS have some awesome employees and some that really really need to be fired.
LOL, I will never forget when the Fedex guy came into my office to have me sign for a delivery and then he ran away. A few minutes later Mike asked me if I knew about the blue lake in front of our building and I went outside to find a CRUSHED box full of broken 32oz Natural Look bottles! No wonder the guy ran away, I would have too if I had delivered that!
I have shipped 1000's and 1000's of packages with UPS and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. We have never had a UPS package lost and only 5 damage claims every 10,000 shipments is a pretty good percentage.
I have an awesome delivery driver and my daily pickup is on time every day. I almost hate to move...
My UPS rep is awesome and she is in awe of our sales growth and she has went out of her way to make me very happy.
By the way, she lives here in Sarasota. My Fedex rep lives somewhere up in New York.
UPS has the technology to integrate with numerous eCommerce solutions that Fedex and DHL do not as of yet.
The biggest auto care websites online such as PremiumAutoCare, Autopia Car Care, AutoGeek, ProperAutoCare and TopOfTheLine all use Yahoo Stores and guess who Yahoo chose to partner with... ups.yahoo.com
I value the thoughts and opinions of others, just want to share my two cents and experience with UPS.
Take care,
Dwayne
