Extreme Interior Makeover.

I tried posting this when I did the vehicle but was unable to upload any pictures into the gallery. Now I am able to upload them and here is my interior makeover. This vehicle is my mother-in-law's montana minivan. A family memeber DUMPED a large cup of what appeared to be soda. She asked me if I could look at it and see if I could get it out. The stain was about 16inches by 36 inches. they bought this car used about 5 years ago and the interior was already stained. She stated she would be happy with just this big stain being removed and if anything else came out then it would be even better. I know that it is not perfect but it was a 180 degree turn around. Let me know what you think. here is my process.

1) removed all back seats
2)spray all carpet with Meg's APC+
3)scrub carpet with Meg's interior brush
4)extract with Durrmaid extractor

What the real kicker was ,was the fact that the family member never told her that they spilt the drink she found out the next day when she when into the backseating area and saw it.

wow. I dislike those vans. Did you pop out all the little plastic covers where the seats clamp onto. You will always find a little surprise under them especially on a large spill like that.

Nice job on the carpets. Montanas and venture vans are horrible. your lucky it wasnt a Ford Windstar lol.
 
This is going to be Pocket's project..there's no telling what will be found under the surface stuff :eek::inspector:
 
You think Pockets will eat the french fries...If he does ..he may find a drink somewhere in there...maybe a aged milk shake....

that would only be if the french fries haven't been eaten by the kids before he gets started :D
no there probably won't be a milkshake, but I'd take bets there are better than a dozen water bottles:huh:

There's also a few pretzles on the seat that need to be eaten:stick ....I mean disposed of :notme: :D :passout:
 
Those two sets of pictures are the main reason I hate to do vans. For some reason, they're always the messiest. Great job to onawrxhigh and good luck to pockets!
