If you have an open budget go for a heated unit! Much better performance than cold.



I dont know what I ever did without my extractor. I love it!

100 psi is adequate for detailing (we have 500 psi), but not appropriate for residential carpet cleaning. Remember, the carpet wand is probably 3x wider than the upholstery tool, so you'd be dispersing solution three times further. This unit won't be efficient ($$$) for commercial/daily use. But, if you just want to use it home, fine. Plan plenty of time...

thanks for the input any suggestions on one that is somewhat portable and good for homes and cars, i would even consider used cause im trying not to break the bank.
