Ok somtime this weekend Im planning on taking my car to one of those touchless car washes, all that hits the car is soap & water. I tried this for the 1st time about 2weeks ago, and it was a little below what I expected. But since in NY its about 25-30 theres no way in hell im gona wash it myself. Ok im getting off track now heres my question.
Since I noticed last time it still left a little dirt on my car I was wondering, what if I mixed some car soap w/ water in a spray bottle and sprayed it all over the car before my car entered the actual carwash. Im thinking that the extra soap mixed along with the car wash soap on my car will help break up some extra surface dirt & and my car shuold look better than the last time I tried it.
I was also thinking of spraying some rim cleaner on my wheels before I entered the wash area ? But as I type this Im thinking its a bad idea the water pressure would probably shoot the rim cleaner all over my paint (probably not a good thing).
Ok fellas thats my question what do you think about it ??
It kinda makes sense to me, but your the professionals to whadda think I should do? :nixweiss
