Experience with excel detail?

My order was held up when I ordered from Pat because Optimum didn't send him the correct items.



Pat made sure I was informed through the whole process, shipped the other items separately, and also provided me with a nice free MF towel.



Pat provides wonderful customer service and I don't think that you will find anyone here that disagrees with that. I would recommend ordering from Excel Detail for that reason solely however the product line that Excel offers is a great too!

+1 to what everyone else here says. Excel detail is a fantastic place to order from. I've ordered from them twice and everything has come to me promtly.
 
I think he has it on there somewhere that he goes through the mitts and seperates them by three or four weight categories.

They define the different densities of the mitt. The heavy is “plusher� than the medium or light mitts.
 
i think that I have about 5 orders from him.....and he is my go to online vendor....prices are usually the best unless someone is offering a discount on their own brand stuff....
 
Agree with the rest of the positive comments on here. Also, Patrick has detailed my car and my friend's car and he does a great job (was recommended by someone on a Porsche message board).
