Exhaust system,, Help

I need some custom bending done on some 2 inch exhaust pipe, but I really need it mandrel bent. In order to keep the flow optimized a standard bender that necks the pipe down just won't do. Do any of you know of a shop that has a mandrel bender that will keep the nominal inside diameter of the pipe while bending 45 degree angles in it? I am in Houston but will be glad to send the pattern to any shop that can do the job right.

Also, I believe you can order mandrel bends from Summit or Jeg's . . . these are short sections of mandrel-bent pipe of varying degrees, 45' being common, I'm sure. It means a couple of extra welds around each bend to fit it into the exhaust at the correct orientation, but it is an option if you know a welder you can trust. The entire intake and exhaust on my Talon was fabricated in this way.

Thanks Tort, that's not a bad idea and I do know a good welder. I'm going to look at Summit on line and see what they have.
