Exhaust Clip - My Car

Hmm... sounds extremely familiar to me, maybe cause I have the same setup except I have BBK shorties not Jethot Lts.



I can't wait to fire the car back up, only a few more weeks.
 
Never had it dyno'd. Id assume around 260-270 at the wheels now. About 320 at the motor.



Just a rough guess though. Im baseing it on what Ive seen other people with similar combos have.
 
I can't open it Zane?!?!?! I do suffer from cases of "e-idiotness" from time to time though. ;)



Any chance of you making it to the Gathering this year??
 
One more thing...



Did you see that MSD has a brand new assembly out right now to completely replace the LT1 Optispark with??
 
Yeah, the bandwidth got eaten up last night...I'll look for a new host. I wish I could make it to the gathering, but my car doesn't make road trips and school is crazy right now.



When exactly is the gathering?
 
If you replace the optispark Delteq is the way to go. Its about 700 dollars and replaces the cap and rotor which is what always fails on the opti.
 
Other than being in a bad location, the Opti really isn't too bad. I do think that the LS1 coil setup is the best though.
 
All us LS1'ers shoud post up a sound clip. Im running FLP's with a 218/224 cam and no cats... man it rumbles like crazy & i dont even know why :confused: for that small of a cam. I purchased the car like that but the guy said it dynoed @ 390hp, 38xtq
