Excellent Customer Service from 3D!

So I had a switch problem with the new polisher. Before I contacted HD, they contacted me! Thomas Dekany initiated it and Javier called me. Now THAT, my friends, is awesome! They shipped another polisher to me the next day with a shipping label to return the other polisher. Customer service is VERY important to me, and 3D definitely has succeeded!
 
Had the same experience with Javier--had a miss ship and he corrected it immediately and threw in a couple of free bottle of HD Total.
