We would like to introduce ourselves to the Autopia community for those that may not already be familiar with us. We spoke with David Fermani, and we have permission to make this post.

ExactMats offers floor, cargo, trunk and custom mats for almost all vehicles in either clear vinyl or our black Xmat material. Much of our product is sold by dealerships and professional detailers who offer them to customers as a means of protecting their clean and pristine floor mats.

At ExactMats we are automotive enthusiasts doing what we love. We focus on customer service, quality and ingenuity to offer a product experience that raises the bar for automotive accessories. We stay on top of new models as they are released, and produce mats using materials that far surpass those of the competition; all at a price that is unmatched.

Our client's satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us with any questions, comments or suggestions you may have.

Back in the 60's - 70's my parents always had clear mats like those you are offering. After a couple of yrs they always seemed to turn yellow. What type of warranty does your product offer ?

Given the varying degrees to which people use/maintain our clear mats, we do not offer a warranty outside of a 60 day money back guarantee (in the event of a manufacturing defect). Some of our customers that do not wash their mats will notice a yellow hue form after a few years, but most of our "enthusiasts" wipe them down at each wash and are able to maintain the clear appearance.

For those of you with a client that just spent a large some of money having their carpets restored, this product provides a great up-sale opportunity.

Looks very nice! I have a couple questions:

1) The material in the pictures you posted reminds me a lot of what is commonly used for office chair mats. My experience has been that the office chair mats can get brittle and crack over time; if in fact these are similar, what sort of life expectancy do these have (aside from the yellowing issue Paul addressed)?

2) What is the typical lead time required to get a set of these produced and shipped in the case of ordering them for a customer's vehicle?

Hi David! Exactmats will soon be the exclusive sponsor of our Interior Modifications sub-forum.

Your product looks very nice and very inexpensive considering purchasing new OEM replacements. These mats allow your existing mats to show through and gives them a nice industrial look.

Charles, without any maintenance at all it would be at least seven or eight years before the material began to degrade to the degree you described. As for lead time, we typically have orders out the door the same day if they are called in before noon CST, and at the latest the day after they are called in. Shipping is via FedEx ground, and typical ship time to Michigan is 3 days.
