Sep 4, 2004 #2 T Thomas Dekany New member 1- yes Porter Cable 7424 is orbital which is what people mean by pc. There is Porter Cable 7428 which is a rotary, but seldom mentioned. 2 - yes it saves times and does more then pretty much any hand could (Even Scottwax uses a PC now)
