So I went to wash my cobra after too long. got to washing and what do I do?? Drop BOTH my grout sponges on the damn ground. On top of that, I got to washing and what do i find? ROAD TAR on every panel. I got so disgusted I packed it up, put the lid on my bucket of rinseless wash, and called it a night. Looks like im gonna be busy with the stoner tarminator tomorrow

Bad day, but you do have a Cobra! Every time I have a day like that, I look at my car and think how fortunate I am to even have the dang thing to obsess over.

how do you like the tarminator? I just saw that stuff at Kragen today, but didnt grab any. Any good?
It is definitely always in my arsenal. I took a trip in my silver cummins 2 years ago and got tar all over the truck. once you spray the tarminator on the tar it will start to dissolve and run down the side of the vehicle. it works great

A Cobra and an '06 Cummins... Nice rides, King. Dang.

When I got the L it was $700 /year for full coverage, a z06 was $2200 /year and a Cobra wasn't much better.

My new "beater" is a '09 Ram Crew cab.

Thanks homie. I dont think ill ever be letting either one go. My truck is basically my dream truck. mega cab, completely loaded out (every option minus the sliding rear window). I love it

I have a day like that all the time. Or a day where anything I put on the paint just doesn't want to come off, only happens to me. If I have a helper stuff comes off like butter but when I'm working on my own every product I use likes to make me have quite the day:cry:....so your not the only one! haha

I hear you on this. I have 09 Crew cab. I don't need a Cummins, but they are great engines. The Ram is the best handling and riding 1/2 I've ever driven.

I've dropped 3 mitts on the ground within a few hours of each other, so I feel your pain.

I had one of those days with clay. I broke the bar up into three pieces and dropped all three by the time I had finished. I don't know where my head was that day.

I know how it feels =/ just think about driving for an hour and a half to a client, only to see that you forgot your bin with the microfibers in it. Including your wash mitts. I now have a pre-departure checklist to make sure i took everything.
