When I got there, I could tell the car was in need of some proper loving. It was filled with hologramming, tons of scratches and lots of swirl marks all over the car. I could have spent two full days on this car getting it back to proper condition, but I only had 9 hours so I had to make due with the allotted time and come up with a game plan that would get the most results while keeping gloss and depth in mind. I ended up doing a light compounding followed by a light polishing to remove defects from the paint and restore the gloss.

Some 50/50 shots. The color change was more drastic in person

Had to tape up the vinyl while compounding

After shots. More depth, 85% defects removed (going to still be a track car, needed to leave as much paint as possible. Not every car gets/needs to be 100% perfect, although I would love it if that were the case!)
