Email Spam (Junk Mail)

I have an email account that I have to keep because it is the primary email that the account was set up with (not AOL), but I never use it. I check it periodically just to wipe out whatever junk mail has piled up.



Well, it's been about two or three weeks since I checked it, and you'll never believe how much junk mail was in there. I had a total of 1,305 emails, ALL SPAM!! Since I never use this email address for anything, I have no idea how it got out, but that is just ridiculous.



There's no point to this thread, just thought it was ridiculous how spam could just take over an entire email account. :grrr

Wow that's a lot of Spam. My Hotmail account is like that. That's the account I have on my business cards, and most customer emails will end up in my junk mail folder, surrounded by dozens of spam messages.
