Hello all, recently completed a detail on a new 2014 BMW 5.35d. This vehicle was asked by the owner to the dealership to be washed and clayed before the owner contact me. He originally wanted Opti Coat Pro but didn't know that I actually like the cars dirty and with the SHIPPING PLASTICS ON. Anyways here is the details.

How do they get those new cars so scratched up? I never see damage like that at my local BMW dealer. I guess I have one of the good ones.

Well take a look at the lot. This dealership is notorious for taking brand new cars through the "soft-cloth" wash and if their left on the lot outside then a another team of car washers just rinse the the car with water and dry them with a chamois so scratches are inevitable.
