Eimann carpet cleaner, NE1 else have trouble getting it all out of the carpet?

I use this stuff on my clients cars. I have a hot water exctactor and even with that it is a real PITA to get out. I diluted it to 50-50 but then find that I have to use even more to get the carpet clean. Am I doing something wrong? TYIA for anyone that is willing to help.
