Now I know why I got a black 330Ci.

This is one run of 3M SMR, two courses of Klasse AIO, two coats of SG and two coats of Blitz.

Thanks to everyone on the board who welcomed me to the Klasse.

If you see what Blitz has done, try some Souveran on it. j/k, Blitz is great!

Very nice pics. :)

Now if the wife was in there...j/k :D :D

your car looks amazing. I hope to achieve the same results when I do my Mom's boston green bimmer. I'm still waiting on my ABC system from Ron's Canadian supplier. Man, that guy is slow at responding.

Anyways. I have a question for you. Did you use a PC7424 to apply any of the products?

Later man.

PC7424? Hmm, not a computer. Must be ... oh, I get it -- a Porter Cable?

Oh, sure a Porter Cable. Did I use a Porter Cable?

Nope.

I used an EG24 -- elbow grease all day long.

I used a cotton-covered foam applicator for the SWM, then switched to the microfiber pad that comes with the Klasse Concourse kit for the AIO. Switched back to a cotton-covered pad for the SG. Use foam applicator for the Blitz and wiped it off with an all-cotton (Fieldcrest) terry towel. Did a bit of light buffing a few hours later with an all-cotton flannel cloth.

I like the tactile feedback of doing things by hand rather than by machine, where I don't have a feel for what is happening on the surface.

Hope that helps.

looks great, Nick, it's almost a twin of mine! is your car jet black or sapphire black? how long have you had it? i love my 330ci, i wouldn't change a thing about it except to layer on more zaino and get rid of the squeaky rear seat headrest!
