Is Nanowax a good LSP? I am an OTC/hand application guy as of right now. I will be making the cross over to a PC in the near future. I am actually looking to buy one used right now!

Thanks,

Kyle

Yes the durability of Nanowax is bad, but for now I plan on using it until it is gone. What other LSP's would you guys suggest beside P21??

OTC? IMO, Duragloss is probably your best bet for looks and durability. The other OTC sealants and waxes I've tried have (for the most part) been decent in the looks department, but nothing seems to last all that long.

I agree with almost all of it, but some of the Megs Paste wax had more durability. As many of their products that are available at tons of autoparts stores.

That may well be. I got frustrated and gave up on Meg's a long time ago (with a couple of notable exceptions) . . . I just don't care for their polishes, and most Meg's LSPs I've tried either smeared like crazy ("trade secret oils", no doubt), had no durability, or both. For a while there, it seemed like no matter what Meg's product I tried, it was a disappointment. Obviously, I'm in a minority, as others really like their lineup.

I do like #16 for an old school wax, though, and NXT glass cleaner is top-notch. Others will have to comment on other Meg's pastes; I don't have experience with them.

heh...again I feel the exact same way about Meg's....I used a ton of their stuff long ago and compared to new products nowdays from other companies, it's just not up to my standard any longer...very average performing products IMO. So, we'll be in the minority together!

lol again, not to sound like a broken record, but I agree wholeheartedly. Haven't used an OTC product(s) to this day that performs close IMO.

Actually referring to their sealants 105 and 111, as well as the AW, their spray sealant. Their car wash is top notch too, as is their QD.

One OTC wax that I like is the Mothers California Gold (not the cleaner wax).

Durability is not the best, but it is a good looking wax.
