yesterday, i spoke to jerry at duragloss for some questions. i mentioned car quest didn't have the product i wanted and was unable to get it..jerry said merry christmas form duragloss i will send you the products you need for a christmas gift no charge!!! needless to say, i was overwhelmed at the customer service from a company who cares for the people...this shows you that the caring of duragloss translates the goodness in their products..i love this company and their products..i consider duragloss a model for other corperations in this country..thankyou so much and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
 
Whats their number, I cant get anything locally, maybe he will send me my Christmas present! Im JK by the way....or not!

Duragloss is one of those sleeper product. Once you have tried it, you will wonder why you never used it before. The cost/results compared to other boutique type products is amazing. Duragloss topped with Collinite is a hard one to beat. IMO.
 
Everything I have tried from them has been great, but they really need to revamp their labels. Really makes them look generic and dated for such a great product in the bottles.

Nothing beats calling a company with a question and you get the man in the lab that creates this stuff. I was hesitant at first to call them until you urged me to do so and I agree with you Richy 100%.

good to see companys still have great customer service, after dealing with the worst customer service yesterday and today it was a great story to read. cool of a company to give away free product, if i were you id do some reviews for them and forward the reviews to them, bet they would like to see them being put to good use(i know they will be)
