Duragloss Products

I am a relatively new PC user, and am mostly familiar with the Meguiar's polishes - 80,83, etc...



I was going to stop off at Carquest today to check out the Duragloss products, and was wondering which products in the Duragloss line are equivalents (I hate to use that word) of the 80 and 83.
 
Duragloss does not have a real correction product like the ones you mentioned..they have 2 products the PC-2 which is a mild product as far as any correction goes....and the SMR which is another mild product....not for real corrections .. lite marring at most...



Patrick at Excell has a pink Buffing creme from DG and he said it works very good...he is the only one that has it for sale..not even on the DG site...so contact AKA Patrick and talk to him about it....



if you looking for a OTC prodcut to polish with....Mothers Power Polish is a good product...very over looked....

welll they really have nothing that can compete with Meg's...Menzerna...OP...and some other polishes for corrections...but what 2 they have is a nice finish polish...its a micro abrasive and it does add a little extra after a correction...



I wish they would come out with some correction products...but they do have that buffing creme like I said..but I have never tried it.....it is a correction product..but how much correction it does I can not say...AKA Patrick is the only one I know who used it..

I've had goood performance from the Hi-Temp and Optimum polishes before going to the DG sealants. DG doesn't make any significant SMR's or paint polishes for major paint correction...I doubt there is enough of a sales base for them to offer them...
