So I am out of S&W but have some on order - on a whim I picked up this product from my local carparts store -
NO. 921 FAST CLEAN AND SHINE
Formulated to clean dust and light soil from painted surfaces without scratching. Bonds with existing polish to extend the gloss and durability.
It was < 6 bucks so I figured what the heck...
I'm Impressed! The product itself has a coconut/bananna/tropical smell - very pleasing. I sprayed some on the hood and used my Mullet Wax Awesome Polishing cloth, it spread easy (it's a clear watery solution), then flipped the cloth and wiped. Man - Slick and glossy! ..and fast! I think I did the whole car in 10 minutes and really put the shine on it.(Car has SSR2 - PwC and two coats of EX). I'm not sure about all the bonding stuff they claim but it really really worked well!
There were not much in the way of instruction but it's pretty straight forward - spray, wipe on, wipe off...
The company is out of Burlington NC (close to here - Raleigh) and they have a whole line of products (you can check em out at www.duragloss.com) - I'm curious if anyone else has used any of them?
