Oh, I am definitely.... :D

I thought we played at 6pm, until I got to work today and found out it was 3:30...good thing we are still able to make it. :nervous2:

Good to see good old Duragloss bringing some new products to market. I am a big fan of the 601/111 combo. Seems to have terrific durability if you don't mind the sealent look.

Well, I've had a chance to give this new DG product a good test and I am highly impressed! :wow: I think it is much better than the beloved OCW.

Application is simple...spray on the panel, wipe around and then wipe dry. I found it interesting that the shine takes a minute to harden. After just wiping the product off, it's almost like it did nothing....but after a minute the car looks fantastic and is *very* slick and with a deep gloss and bright shine. In the sun it is blinding and looks very liquid after the 1st application!

I believe the DG AW is all polymer (which I personally prefer), as opposed to the half/half nature of OCW. I think the DG product would work well over any type of polymer product, but I am currently using it in conjunction with the DG polishes. The durability of the product seems really good, considering it's just a spray wax and arguably the easiest wax I've ever used. Something fun and cool to see is how water interacts with it when it rains or during a car wash. The water forms very tight beads and runs off very quickly. Definitely reminds me of how Zaino used to work for me. Oh yeah, it smells good too!

Overall, I will relegate the rest of my OCW to the shelf and will use DG AW. The price of $7 a bottle is more than worth it to me and can be found at the local CarQuest in town.

Highly recommended! :up :up

I go to the one in Bartlett, next to the Sonic. They have (or will have) a complete DG display set up. Last time I was there they were in process of setting it up. Had to dig for two bottles of the stuff! :D Got that and a gallon of the DG carwash, another great product!

I've been using it, and although I haven't used Zaino Z8, I concur with your observations regarding the look. However, removal is even easier than you described! It wipes clean as you're buffing, no need to dry it or anything.

I agree. It is better than OCW. I believe we're like the only two people that have used it as nobody has yet to mention it! I sent a sample to ebpcivicsi because I know he always uses OCW as a final wipe down.

It's one of my favorite products. I never QD between washes and the Duragloss has taken over as my post wash wipe down replacing Mothers FX Spray Wax and Eagle One Wax As U Dry. I use it as the final step in all my details to make sure the car is clean and to add a little "something" to the shine.

It is hard to find. None of the retailers they mention on their website sell it near me. So I bought a gallon and a few other products like their 111 Sealant from their website. Good shipping prices.

For some reason, whenever Duragloss is mentioned, Zaino creeps into the conversation. They are 2 COMPLETELY different lines of car care products. A quick google search points out this myth, but these dumb rumors seem to continue, even here on Autopia in a thread or two.

Anyway, GREAT product!
