Durable Interior dressing?

Looking for opinions on interior dressing.

Im looking for something with durability, if it exists, to use on door panels and arm rests specifically. I find that resting my arm on either one removes 303 or PB Natural Look almost right away.

What are you guys using, and how do you like it?

In that case, I don't think most water based products will hold up. I use Natural Look now until it's done than I will switch over to Adam's VRT and Chemical Guy's VRT. Maybe try a silicone base one.

Adam's V.R.T.

Matte finish, UV blocking, and smells nicer than both 303 and NL. I don't know of any dressing that can really withstand arm rubbing etc. on door panels and arm rests so this may be a losing battle.

Yeah, it'll be difficult to find something that resists arm rubbing for a long time.

But I find it hard to understand how 303 will be removed "almost right away". :nixweiss

Are you buffing it after it dries, or do you apply and walk away? I ask because the residue that's left after applying can be rubbed off easily (buffed) but the protection and low-sheen finish will last for a decent amount of time.

I use Mothers Protectant (formerly Preserves) as my go-to dressing and I find that has good durability after its buffed well after drying.

I used to have the same problem. I use PB NL and it usually rubs away after a few days. I tried PB TR and it's still holding up :xyxthumbs

Adam's VRT or Poorboy's Trim Restorer.

With both, I get over 2 months durability with a simple damp MF wipedown weekly. The TR has a touch more gloss but I don't find either over powering, even on my stock black shiny dash.

Either will last about a month in the "elbow" areas. I find that problem too.
