A good clearcoat polish. Anything you use on your paint should work, but if it was my car I'd wetsand any scratches/scuffs out with 2000 grit then go OHC -> FPII -> Duragloss AquaWax. You can use a PC and 4" pads, or really you could use any 6.5" pad that you don't care for.
The rotary works too, but you better really not care about the pad you're using as any scuff/bolt/edge you catch while using a rotary will destroy the pad.
