What's the best drying towel? I have one of these in mind: Mothers Ultra Soft Drying Towel, CG Miracle Dryer or a WW from Cobra. Which is better?

Agreed. I have the Blue Perl drying towel (Several of them, actually) and I love them. I have to thank John for pointing me in that direction.

My all time favorite drying towel is one of the ultra-soft WW's like the following:

Excel Monterey Waffle Weave Drying Towel

Blue Perl Drying Towel

MICROPAK 25" x 36" Ultra-Soft Waffle Weave Micro Fiber Towel

For blot drying the big kahuna would be the Danase Extremely Large Water Devourer:

Those I have to hide from the wife ;)

I have yet to find a towel that really "sucks" up the water, most I find just push the water around. I use my EUROWS for drying now, and I dry in half the time of a WW or others.

i use MICROPAK 25" x 36" Ultra-Soft Waffle Weave Micro Fiber Towel and the eurows its pretty close. both do a good job of drying. lean a little more towards the pakshak ones for drying. when i onr i usually use the eurow for the first dying pass and the pakshak for the final drying pass.

there are many excellent drying towels to choose from, and Eliot Ness pretty much nailed the majority. the viking x-large gold microfiber drying towel is another good one as well...

I have a couple of the AG Guzzler HD towels which I got as a BOGO. They're thirstier than a frat boy on the night after finals.

waffle weave microfibers work alright, but ive found that microfiber shammys actually work the best. they soak up more water than a normal shammy, and they're more easy to use. i bought mine from microfiberspot.com along with some towels. i'm very happy with the purchase.
