As you can see the floor was very dirty from years of use. While cleaning we had to do a run so as you can see it ket cleaning and really pulled the oils out.

Patrick,

Have you tried this side by side with other products?

I typically use an APC to clean concrete floors, which appears to do about the same thing going by your picture.

How much of the prototype product did you use?

I'd be curious to see how it performed with a power washer too.

I like the drain in your garage. That would be handy in the winter for indoors washing.

That's where the fire truck parks while i'm at work..

I used the whole thing.. a pressure washer would be nice..

I really never clean oil stains that much.. normally a little gas on the rag at the FD or we had a spray APC type of cleaner that we used to use but it took a ton of it and still left the floor oily.. this really took the oil out of the poors there was not oilly feeling while walking afterwards.

Did you mist water on the oil spots too see if the beading/oil was dissolved/removed?

yes that was after rincing and then misting...you can see the water still down near the drain.

The monitor I'm using is crap, so I couldn't tell for sure. Thanks for the feedback.

LOL that is what you get for surfing on work time...

Anyways I nomally notice the dry spots of oil when rincing.. as you noted but this was not there..

We clean about a dozen fast food drive-Thurs and dumpster pads a month.I can put it to the test on some of the worst oil, grease and tranny spills on earth.Just imagine what 220 degree hot water @ 5gpm/3500 psi would do in combination with a product like this.
The down side is I would need a 40pound trial size.
