dressing low-pro tires

There is no cure!
what do u guys use to dress low profile tires. ive always dressed themw ith a regular tire swipe but lately on my personal vehicle its getting quite annoying. the tire swipe is too large, therefore, to avoid getting anny on the tread i have to use it sideways. i was thinking of cutting it in half?

any comments, ideas, sugegstions?

You got it. It's an easy fix and it works great: just cut the tire swipe in half, you have better fit and twice as many swipes :D

I apply the dressing to the swipe by either pouring direct from the bottle or using a cooking oil pump sprayer. ( see the cooking utensil aisl at Wal-Mart)This sprays an ideal amount onto the tire with minimal run onto the wheels.

I just turn the swipe sideways and it works just fine. Never thought about cutting it in half.

You just have to be careful not to get any on part of the tire that could touch the ground. A thin coat would likely burn off quickly, but you don't want a scary moment when doing some spirited driving.

You can trry using one of those cheap foam paint brushes. they come in all sizes and have a wooden handle

I use a spray form of tire shine currently, so I just spray it on and wipe off the excess. But when I used gel, I would just turn the tire swipe sideways.

Home depot here in Florida City has the foam brushes for like $.79 each. That's what I use to apply my BnB they have 2'' foam brushes that should work great. I just remembered their is one in Cutler ridge you can go too if you want then. They sell them in a bag as well with various sizes.
