UGH - I'm stricken with the new car bug again, its like the flu. every couple of years I get the itch to go buy a new car. suck up the negative equity and finance again for 5 years.



I drove the TL-S, loved it! I stopped at the Infiniti dealer, G35x looked awesome! I have an appt to drive a BMW 5 on Wednesday ...



initially, the 4 bucks per gallon threat ticked me off ... but how much do I actually save per month? If I roll this AV into a vehicle loan, from 650 - 750, I ain't saving $100 in gas am I? Maybe, at 14 mpg ... then I still spent the 100 bucks



I guess my mid lifer is hitting me, not satisfied with a great ride ...



anyone else hit this brick wall ?? *( NOTE: I doubt you guys will talk me out this )*, but just checking
 
I have new car fever every 3 months. I never buy anything, but I sure do think about it alot!



I definitely feel for you. I'm going to pull the trigger and buy a econo car in June. I'm getting a 07 Black Mazda 3 hatch. I have a family so a hatch works perfectly and the gas milege will be better than my current SUV. Good luck finding another car. So many nice choices available... it's hard!!!
 
I just went through my new car fever episode and decided the only cure was a 2008 BMW 550i. YEAH BABY!!!! It will arrive in mid June.



Oh for the OP go with the 535i twin turbo. You will love that car much better than the others you have driven. The "Nazi Sled" rules! "Ari Gold"
 
My advice would be to go used. You should be able to find two year old cars that are like new. That way you can avoid the huge depreciation hit for the first couple years and save a lot of money versus buying a new one every couple years.
 
i'm w/ grimm...buy 1-2 yr used. still under warranty and you save a ton of $$$ to live your life with.



of course, you could always buy my TL that is for sale... ;)
