DP Extreme Foam

I've been raving about DP Extreme Foam for quite some time now. I think I finally figured out how to load a video so here goes. Notice how thick the foam is and how it quickly it fills the cowl area at the bottom of the windshield. I really love this shampoo. This is a simple garden hose running cold water. There is no added pressure.

very nice!!! what ratio are you useing? ive been useing 3 ounce of shampoo . and filling up quart container with water...

I fill with soap to just below the white front label. Then I fill the remainder with water and shake it up. The foam is unreal from this product. It's more like a blanket of foam.

yes i agree its great i have a gallon myself. you knows whats nice also ive tryed (pinnacle body work shampoo) in the gun just to change it up. very nice results!! might not foam as much as d/p but it provides a nice silky layer of foam. lots of lubricity too. very slick....

nice video, thanks for sharing. also (if you're in a pinch and can't order on-line), try the EO1 car wash, you'll get foam just like that...

Patrick,

Where's the Z? :spot Thanks for the video. Do you know if DP Extreme used at a higher concentration will strip sealants & waxes? I'm using Duragloss & CG CW&G. When I want to strip everything off, I use CW&G at 2-3 oz. per gallon and follow up with IPA wipedown. I tried the sample they sent me one time and it does produce a ton of foam in my foamgun as well.

Shaking it really makes a big difference, builds up some pressure which I think increases the foam.

Great Video, Thanks for Sharing. When I used Extreme Foam I had a problem with shaking the canister. Using the instructions provided there was to much foam in the reservoir and it did not want to come out properly. I'm going to try the foam again.. this time without shaking the reservoir.

Nick, try this approach:

1. Add soap to your desired level.

2. Add warm water SLOWLY and tip the container so the water flows down the inside wall. Much like a bartender pours beer. (To Avoid Foaming)

3. Fill 98% full with water.

4. Screw cap on, take out side and shake a few times until the solution is mixed well like you saw in the video.

I gotta grab me up one of those foam guns.:bow

they're worth it too IMO. unlike a foam cannon/lance (the ones that use a pressure washer), you can use the foamgun as a pre-soak AND while you're washing wish is a plus... :2thumbs:
