I pray that none of you (Autopia Members) live in NYC, or work in the Trade Centers. I pray for those who have lost their lives today. Car detailing is great, but this truly puts things in perspective. I extend my condolences to those who have lost their lives, and to the families of loved ones who lost their lives.

I just wanted to say something about this. I hope that everyone has a good day today.

Best Regards,

Josh

I've got a 16 year old Panasonic 27" TV... Man, I've got some catchin' up to do!

Actually I like to turn it on, turn the sound off and put some music on... old musician habit from the days on the road.

Ask Jack for a raise for Christmas.:money::Christmas Hat::wink:

Bill, KNOCK IT OFF!!!!!! I have Angelo convinced nobody in the world gets paid more money then he is getting paid . Just kidding of course. I owe Angelo far more than I am paying him for all he does for this company and how he represents it.:clap::clap:

I like the idea of a home theater section if everyone else wants it. I was in that industry for years. It is my second love.

Bryan,

Very nice setup.

How is the brightness on your LED DLP? We have the Samsung 50" HL-S5087W that uses the bulb in our bedroom. It produces a beautiful picture and doesn't need a darkened room Like the Mits down in the family room. I really like the idea of having less moving parts to wear out.

Hey Mike... Our Mits 65" DLP is super bright. No room darkening necessary. What model is your Mits? (BTW, I love the DLP technology also!)

Mike, Great built-in cabinet you have there. Plus some very nice components.

Our HL67a750 is a LCD based DLP, so no bulb. I love this TV, unfortunately samsung has stopped production of these due to lower margins then the flatscreens.

We have a LN46a650 LCD on the wall in the bedroom and I'd say this DLP is 85% of the picture quality of the LCD.

Never what I would consider a dim picture.
